Buy Mana credits to power your VariantLab projects. All purchases are one-time (no subscriptions).

Accessing Billing​

Navigate to Settings > Billing to purchase Mana.

Purchase Process​

  1. Select a package - Click the package you want
  2. Checkout - Secure payment via Stripe
  3. Instant credit - Mana added immediately
  4. Confirmation - Receipt sent to your email

Payment Methods​

Stripe accepts:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

After Purchase​

Once payment completes:

  • Mana is added to your balance immediately
  • Transaction appears in Usage history
  • Receipt sent to your account email
  • You can start using credits right away

Receipts​

Email receipts include:

  • Purchase amount
  • Mana credited
  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time

You can also view purchase history in Settings > Usage.

Refund Policy​

Mana credits are generally non-refundable, but we handle issues case-by-case:

  • Unused credits - Contact support for exceptional circumstances
  • Failed operations - Automatically refunded to your balance
  • Technical issues - Contact support for resolution

Frequently Asked Questions​

Do credits expire?​

No. Mana credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

Can I get a refund?​

Mana purchases are generally non-refundable. Failed operations are automatically credited back. For other issues, contact support.

Is there a subscription option?​

No. All purchases are one-time. Buy Mana when you need it.

Are there discounts for bulk purchases?​

Currently, all packages have the same per-Mana rate. Contact us for enterprise/volume pricing.

How do I know how much Mana I need?​

Estimate your project:

  • Base images: ~2 Mana each
  • Detection: ~1 Mana per 3 traits
  • Variations: ~2 Mana each
  • Combinations: 1 Mana per 100
  • Export: 1 Mana per 100 files
